team..they simply follow the head..soo is the network..we follow our
uplines blindly..flying wid unity and integrity gives us strength and power
to reach our destination.bcos of the main person who cuts through the air
the remaining get benefited..all you need to have is blief to follow your

nasik convention was all a "JOURNEY OF SELF REALISATION".....It was all a
journey of life-education...filled with
fun,masti,love,knowledg,power,enthusiasm,roar etc.....we were lucky enough
to have ADARSH GUDHKA with us all through the journey....exclusive training
given by him...he was amzing....."KNOWLEDG IS POWER.APPLICATION OF
KNOWLEDGE IS WISDOM"...all set to aplly the knowledg gained from the
convention.....

Aftr the leadership workshop by sujithji a team of 5 ie gauravji, joshwaji,
rakshaji, sakshaji,roshniji, reached the cyber center
where the computer literacy camp was to be held.aftr setting the place
right 4 the ,we all dcided to head back home.as usual the rai-sisters had a
fight to get a drop by me in my activa to their home"tu rikshaw pakad
main tho roshniji ke saath ja rahi hoon!!" things got complicated and
finaly v dcided to go for a triple ride.it was my first time nd i was a
litle hesitating .my uplines motivated me and assured that we will reach
home safely.i followed my uplines blindly and started my vehicle.the
rai-sisters somehow managed to fit behind me.

WOW THT WAS REALLY GR8.nw we wanted motivation by our supr-upline.we looked
at him and he proudly waved
at his angels.we are gauravjis angels.it was a amazing ride.all eyes
on us .the entire way home we sang & enjoyd the ride."Y SHOULD BOYS HAVE
ALL THE FUN???" was the main thought that ran through the minds of us all
three ters.thnx 2 ebiz.com pvt ltds.if not 4 ebiz we wouldnt have had a
TRIO-RIDE......

Good morning leader wow what a seminar we had, Seeing My mentor Adarsh ji
on fire was really inspiring and now we need to grab the opportunity of
seminar our upline have done lot for us now its our time to prove lets
rock with Bang ...

Awesome Seminar in Mangalore!!!!

Many things that i have taken from this seminar eg.
1) there were 2 friends i.e. they were stones. One day a sculptor came by
and asked the 1st stone: I can carve you very well and i change you for the
better. The stone said its been 50 years that i am here on the earth. and
nothing has changed, why should i change myself.
The sculptor went to the second stone and asked him. the 2nd stone was
adventurous and he said yes. the 1st stone told him don't, it wont be good.
The 2nd stone went ahead and it pained alot when the sculptor was carving
him and he was crying hard. the 1st stone told him, see i told u. But today
the 2nd Stone is being worshiped by the people as he is in the form of Lord
Ganesh, whereas the other 1 is just being rolled here and there on the
roads.
Well there are 2 types of people in this world. 1:who want to get carved
and move on in this world, experience it. and the other who just want 2
continue wat they r doing (ppl wid ego)

2) In school, well u know we promote our school or college's name by doing
well in sports, telling other people "Man its an amazing College" then a
few cousins join and many other people join because u and ur parents
promote it. buh do we can anything from doing that? that is wat one person
asked his frenz. they were brave and went to the father of the school and
told him "Sir we have been helping promote ur school in all the ways
possible and bcoz of us so many people have joined this school? we want
some money in return for promoting the school" they demanded. IS IT WRONG
IN ASKING FOR IT? coz u have work for it. in a similar way is it wrong when
eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. is giving u the money for doing the same thing????

I have no idea if i went mad or did not go mad. Buh one thing is for sure,

Trust me, yesterday(in the seminar in Mangalore) i got so much of energy in
me (thats wat i thought) only because of the presence of the JOSH MACHINE
Er. SUJIT LALWANIJI. I just loved what i did yesterday. I felt good after
that. Wat i did yesterday was simple: Just told my story with all the
Passion that i had in me. But i still believe that there is yet more
passion to come out... NOT ONLY FROM ME but from every eBIZZER Out here and
also the FUTURE eBIZZERS. Remember there are 2 types of people in this
World:
1) those who are already eBIZZERS
2) and those who are going to become eBIZZERS. thats it only two categories

Good morning leaders..
after such a fantastic convention my next stop was my home town orissa...
The NASIK convention was my first convention & it was very inspring.. I can
tell one thing ebiz is very big.. i was never inspired so much in my life &
never enjoyed so much in my life how much i have enjoyed in nasik...
After the convention my next stop was orissa with my Upline Rohit Dagaji...
We left the same day when we reached bangalore from nasik..
we boarded the train in the evening...
our new journey starts...
my upline Rohitji was suffering from high fever but then too we enjoyed a
lot..
then the next day we made few friends who had written there comed k exam...
we also gave 2 presentation there... there response was good & they are
going to come back to bangalore next week & rohitji is going to meet
them...
we had lot of fun in the journey learnt lot of things & planned for
orissa... also took care of my upline as he had very high fever in the
night because

he is my good friend also...
we reached balasore (orissa) on 12th aug... then from the station my house
was 60kms away.. so we took a bus & we reached our village that is
SAMPEI... after a yr i was very happy to see my house my family & my
village...
as soon as we reached we did not waste time i started fixing ppts...
then i was trying to arrange for a bike as every place is far from my
village but i couldnt do it...
so we took a cycle & started with our activities.. me and rohitji had lot
of fun.... that day we gave few presentations...
then we came back home & planned for our next day...
the weather was very hot & there was no wind we both were sweating like
anything.. but we had fun...
i m sure it was a superb experience & a different experience for rohit
dagaji also...
then the next day i got the bike arranged... so from 13th aug to 17th aug
we travelled closed to 550 kms in bike & we alos went to west bengal for
one day to give ppts & that was on 17th

the place is dantan in bengal...
rohitji was very happy to go to bengal as he came there after 8 yrs...
we had lots & lots of fun in these 5 days totally we travelled around
800kms in 5days..
made lot of friends... did lot of prospecting.. gave presentation...
learnt hw to give presentation to different kind of people & i promise to
become the best oriya presentor in next 3 months....
I learnt one thing never expect any result just keep working...
and from 12th to 18th we had only one thing in my mind thats ebiz... & i
promise it will be for ever...
by seeing the committment of all our uplines & to achieve my dreams i have
quit my job in bangalore & decided to stay in orissa to grow the team here
for next few months & i promised to my uplines to grow the best network
possible...
& i will be the first person to get the first laptop in my village in next
6 months.. & i will be the first youngster to get my own earned bike in
next few months..
the only thing i know

& i learnt from my uplines...
everybody has problem A leader is one who overcome his problems & becomes
successful...
& i have also promised rohitji that i will also become a good english
presentor & i will follow all the things he has told me to do...

commitment n today we felt very sad @ d begining coz today we took d target
of making d 6reg n only 1dd was confirmed so we felt very sad but anushaji
is really great she motivated us a lot n we came out of sadness wt ever it
