I do not find time for most of my work and more often than less I find myself in a position wherein I have to postpone my work. I feel I have done a lot, but in reality I would not have. What do I do to overcome this? Also, How do I get more organized ?
As far as getting more organized is concerned there is one particular disease which eats most people today, those who overcome that disease emerge as successful people in their life and applying certain simple principles as below, one can become extremely organized in every work
I call that disease as the "procrastination disease". More often than less we end up postponing any work at hand leaving it on that tomorrow which actually never comes. There is an unidentified laziness in all of us. Most people then feel that they have loads to do, as small things seem real big piled up on a particular day and then some more things get postponed and so on which ultimately leaves every single day as a burdensome day.
It would continue like this forever until an action is taken. That action might require not more than a month and then all of a sudden you would start finding more than 24 hours everyday.
Recipie to the disease:
The one to whom we talk the most in a day is ourselves and the greatest trait of successful people is that they know what to talk to themselves. In case they don’t, they make sure they learn what they need to talk to themselves to become successful. Successful people always talk to themselves positive things and always tell themselves things that can take them to the greatest pinnacles of success.
So always learn to talk to yourself the things that will make you more successful.Is that clear??
If yes, then it is time to learn what you need to talk to yourself. First of all take a paper and write on it…
"DON’T PROCRASTINATE BUT MANAGE"
This is what ebiz has taught me and given me today hundreds of two way relations. It has given me a family of friends who are friends genuinely, whom I can really count on. They would leave all their priorities just to help me out if I ever I were to be in crisis, and I would be present for them all, if they were in need
meaning don’t postpone any action but do it right now, whenever you feel lazy or feel like postponing anything, just tell yourself : "COME ON !! you have to become a big shot tomorrow, you cant be lazy, do it right now". To get more organized always take targets as the day starts, which you must have planned just before you go to bed,the previous night, that this is the amount of work I need to complete in my next day. Until that target is not complete, remind yourself:
"IF I GET TIRED OF WORKING, GOD GETS TIRED OF BLESSING"
Then read that paper “don’t procrastinate but manage” and immediately tell yourself "I WILL DO IT". Don’t mind shouting it aloud "I WILL DO IT" (Read it aloud once and feel - does it not feel great? I am sure it does. If not, tell it aloud four or five times continously till you feel that conviction, once you get that conviction it means the voice has reached your innerself") then immediately get to work.
Each time remind yourself of these things after every hour, trust me, it will become a habit after fifteen twenty days, and you will feel much better and all of a sudden you will start experiencing more than 24 hrs in a day. Time will be yours, you will not be the slave of the time anymore instead time will be your slave.
Always talk positive things to yourself and tell yourself that come what may “I will do it”.
