His Journey Of Success:

He was one of the famous guys in his college and who was known for being able to handle everything in the college. As usual with the fame accompanied the air of superiority and the ego that – “ I m the best “. Manjul arora ji approached gaurav agarwal for the presentation, and the response was the expected one for the ego he had. He simply made fun of manjul ji and ridiculed the system.Things went on smoothly for about 8 months,by which time manjul ji had already purchased a bike. This was a news that he could not digest as the name that he had started getting replaced by another name which was going higher and higher.

On just another day around 8 months down the line after the presentation, Manjul ji met up gaurav ji and spoke to him again. This follow up went on something like this

Manjul ji : “ hey gaurav I know that you have always been a person who has always wanted a big name for himself “

Gaurav ji : “ ya that’s true but how do u know that ?”

Manjul ji : “ I have always seen you opting for branded stuff, as a matter of fact even your shoes are NIKE shoes ”

Gaurav ji : “ ya that’s right. So wat do you want to say?”

Manjul ji : “ thoughts across I was just thinking about how you would achieve success in your life, the way you define it – big name in the world. "

I just could list down a countable no. of ways.

First of them being that you should become an engineer of a kind that if ever a company comes to the college they should come looking for you.

Second way, probably you should go ahead into research and end up inventing some such thing that you are awarded a nobel prize for that.

Third option is probably you come up a business idea that is unique in its own way that within no time it starts dominating the market and you start expanding against all the competitors and rise so high that never can your business take a dip.

Fourth way could be that you did amazing amount of social work.

The last option would probably be that you got into the film industry or explored one of your talents and excelled at it.

Having listed all these gaurav and seen all the pros and cons (in the meantime gaurav ji was carrying on with his calculations for al l the options)There was another option that was ebiz.

gaurav ji : in his mind – the first two options were ruled out without any considerations not that he was a bad student, he was an average student and the first two options were something beyond his inclinations. The third and fourth required a lot of investments which were again beyond his reach and they were accompanied with greater risks and the last option was also something that was not his cup of tea. And this simply put him in a situation where he was left with no option than tinking that that if he had to accomplish his dream of becoming big, he had to serious attention now. He had to act fast. The immediate solution standing right in front of him was ebiz. He again had no option but to choose it.

This example simply indicates that ebiz can truly change someones life. So don’t hesitate to approach a person again and again. He then started off well with his ebiz career. He had an organization of 27 in his first 10days. But it was the same for the next five months. It was then that he realized that the element that he had before joining ebiz was still in him. But in ebiz if u want ot be really successful you have quit all your ego. You have to submerge all your ego. If you want to fly high. It was now that he surrendered completely to manjul ji and started off his flight to success.

It was nine months after that he became a silver associate and then within a month, he was a gold associate, then turned diplomat before he completed his 16 months. That was when he first came to Bangalore in his life and to his surprise he finds 10 people to receive him there. This scene was enough to spark all the fire in my heart to gain this amount of name and fame that at an unknown place even I should have so many people to receive me at the air port. This was similar to the fire in all the Bangalore family asssociates’ hearts.

He gave a four hour long workshop in the evening and an equal workshop in the morning and the first step to us truly understanding the platform. It was after that the Bangalore family was rocking. The first ever camp of Bangalore family was conducted with full vigor. Then we set the ball rolling for Gaurav agarwal ji. His seminar was amazingly inspiring. He made another visit to Bangalore, this time with manjul ji , things took a better shape. It was then that navneet ji came to Bangalore and then came gagan ji, then gaurav ji and then him again, then him again, then navneet ji, atul ji, gagan ji and then finally Mohit ji touched Bangalore.

He is also Among the five DIAMOND DIPLOMATS. He is leading a team of more than a lakh associates.

Famous Incidents:

It was once that gaurav ji was out to buy some grocery and he came across a opticals showroom , he entered it casually, browsed through the collection there and picked up one that bowled him over , asked the owner to pack it and making the payment through the credit card he took it home. Finally when the bil arrived he came to know that it was worth 10.5 k The kind of lifestyle he enjoys is something that most rich people don’t even dream to, but yes wealthy people do.( this taught us ebiz does not make a person rich , but it makes him wealthy) Whenever he is coming to Bangalore he simply books a room in the best five star hotel and asks for a cab arrangement. The cab arrives at the airport to receive him at the airport drops him at the hotel, he stays in a five star for 3 days , takes the cab wherever he goes. Spends roughly 25k on hotel and flies back to his place.
